After obtaining his degree from Wright State University in Ohio, Ross began his real estate career by functioning as a full-time agent at a large real estate office in Santa Barbara, California. Later promoted to manager, he oversaw the day-to-day operations and was a business mentor for other agents. Ross excels in coordinating the many steps of a real estate deal and watching over the transaction with a careful eye for detail and accuracy from start to finish.
Ross’s passion for helping people and hard work led to his career in real estate. With a problem solving attitude from start to finish, Ross excels in breaking down the complicated ins and outs of a real estate transaction so that clients can understand and act with knowledge and preparation.

Ross has served as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Association of Realtors, as well as donating and volunteering countless hours on various board committees and charitable organizations. Ross is also a member of Saint Paul’s Lutheran church.
